Welcome! I’m a solo Licensed Esthetician based in Riverside, CA and the heart behind Neli Esthetics. I’m passionate about helping my clients feel confident and cared for, and I love building genuine connections with everyone who walks through my door. My studio is a safe, judgment-free space where all are welcome no matter where you are in your self-care journey. I offer full-body waxing, facials, and lash lifts. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive a text to confirm your appointment 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is not done 48 hours before your scheduledd appointment there will be a 50% charge of your service(s) missed that does NOT go toward a new service/appointment.
There is a 7 minute grace period. After 7 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and there will be a 50% charge of your service(s) missed. You may rebook a new appointment online. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without communicating you will not be able to rebook. I understand life happens so please communicate with me. If you no show there will be a 100% charge of the service(s) missed.
